Non Surgical Face Lift

By far the most popular cosmetic treatments are those related to reducing the signs of age such as crows feet. Non-surgical face lift is a general terms used to describe treatments that are used to reduce lines, wrinkles, folds and sagging skin. The treatments fall into two main areas, skin peels and dermal fillers. Skin peels can be further broken down into chemical peels, microdermabrasion treatment, and laser skin treatment. Dermal fillers are broken down into collagen injections, Bottox (or Dysport), or those using hyaluronic acid such as Hydrafill, Restalyne, Perlane, Juvederm, Captique, Ravanesse and others. There are also Radiesse and Thermage which are slightly different from the rest.

Great Budget Beauty Tips

Written by simon. Posted in Non Surgical Face Lift

great budget beauty tipsThere’s no getting round the fact that however effective they may be, some cosmetic products are mind-numbingly expensive.  That’s why it’s always good to have some cosmetic tips that can be used the week before payday when everything’s a bit more sparse!

Break out the bog roll: when you’re short on money for blotting sheets, toilet roll really will do the job of avoiding the evil ‘oil-slick’ forehead problem.  No, they won’t be exactly the same as proper blotting sheets, but they’re sure as hell a lot cheaper! Great for facial rejuvenation.

Ignore shampoo advertising.  The truth is, expensive shampoo is a massive con: as long as you check the labels and buy the right ones, shop-brand shampoo will do everything that the glamorously advertised bottles costing £30 will: £30 that you could spend on an end of the week takeaway!

Eat fruit and veg!  It’s not immediately obvious when it comes to complexion, but eating healthy foods such as fruit and vegetables will bring essential nutrients into your body, making you healthier: and the healthier you are, the healthier you’ll look!  Fruit and veg is a lot cheaper than a load of chocolate, so make the sacrifice and you’ll be better off financially as well as getting great facial rejuvenation.

Avoid excessive drinking and smoking.  Everyone likes to have a great time, and so they should.  However, if you’re intent on partying like a drunken nutter for three nights a week, you’ll pay the price!  Excessive alcohol use rapidly increases signs of ageing, as your body works harder to overcome the effects.  Try and limit yourself to one really good night a week, and you’ll look (and feel) much better!

Sleep more!  The best beauty tip in the world doesn’t cost you a penny: how about that!  If you want to look refreshed and healthy, then being truly refreshed and healthy is the only way to do it!  For the results of a lack of sleep, look at a picture of Tony Blair when he started as Prime Minister, and when he finished.  Sure, he’s a bloke, but it’s as perfect an illustration as any as to what a lack of sleep will do for someone’s appearance in a relatively short space of time.  Make sure that you always get at least seven hours sleep, and it’ll make a massive difference to your looks!  Why spend £30 a week when those seven hours with give you all the facial rejuvenation you need?
