Stem Cell Breast Enlargements

Written by simon. Posted in Breast Augmentations

Stem cells are to be offered as a way of giving women bigger breasts for the first time after the stem cell breast enlargements was given the go ahead in the UK. The amazing technique involves taking stem cells from spare fat on a woman's stomach or thighs and then planting them inside the breast to allow them to grow, offering increases of at least a cup size, and possibly more as plastic surgeons improve the procedure further.

Patients should be able to start paying for the surgery in six months, after trials have been completed, and the stem cell breast enlargements surgery is expected to cost around £6,500.

The one slight downside to the procedure that otherwise offers completely natural looking breast enlargements with very little invasive surgery and recovery time is that firmness and uplift it cannot do. All it does is make the breast bigger using the same materials as it has already got.

The stem cells will be taken from the body using new equipment created by tech company GE Healthcare and the concentrated cells will be mixed with more fat before being injected into the breast. The breast then grows over the next few months to the new size.

This had not been possible until now as stem cells always died, but the double concentration of cells means they can now create their own blood supply and grow and the technique has already been in use in Japan for six years to treat people with breast deformity and those recovering from breast cancer operations.
