Penis Enlargement Surgery
Penis enlargement surgery is one of the most taboo subjects in cosmetic surgery and as a result the enlargement options are rarely talked about and shared. Our penis enlargment guide explains the various ways in which you can add length and girth to your manhood.
There are several different ways in which you can make your penis bigger and they include:Penile Injections
This is where fat cells are taken from elsewhere on your body and they are then reinjected into the shaft of your penis to make it look and feel bigger. This is a good option for increasing girth but note length but can make the penis feel unnaturally 'fatty'.
Some times, instead of fat, a silicone based solution is used. This is a permanent penis enlargement procedure that can have dramatic effects on the size of your penis but is irreversible and can cause a loss of feeling and deformation.
Ligament Cutting
This common technique sees a surgeon cutting the basdal penile ligament, which can in some increase your penis length by up to two inches. This isn't always the case, however and it is hard to know what effect it will have until it is done.
The problem is that by cutting the ligament it makes it harder to get a full erection and you can find your erect penis simply hangs down rather than up.
Inflatable Penis Implants
An implanted pump in the groin area is often used to treat impotence. The pump replaces the corpora cavernosa and it allow you to basically hand inflate your penis enlargement. This can cause complications with over-stretched skin if the patient is not careful, however.
